At LoroLabs, we are committed to user privacy and full transparency regarding personal data. In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, Apple App Store guidelines, and global data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA), this page allows any user to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated personal data without needing the mobile app installed.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can request account and data deletion through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Web Request Form (Recommended)
Fill out and submit the deletion request form below. This will prepare a verified deletion request sent directly to our developer team.
Option 2: Direct Email Request
Send an email from your registered email address to info@lorolabs.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and state the app(s) and registered email address associated with your account.
Option 3: In-App Deletion
If you currently have the app installed, you can also delete your account directly from within the app by opening Settings / Profile → Delete Account & Data.

Data Deletion Breakdown

✖ Data Permanently Deleted

Account Credentials: Firebase Authentication UID, registered email address, display name, and profile photo URL.
Cloud Sync & Learning Data: Synchronized vocabulary, saved bookmarks, flashcard progress, and custom word lists.
Quiz & Test History: Test results, quiz scores, accuracy percentages, and learning streaks.
User Preferences: App preferences, study reminders, and custom configuration settings.

ⓘ Data Retained (If Required)

Financial & Tax Records: Anonymized transaction identifiers and purchase receipts (processed via Apple App Store or Google Play) may be retained strictly as required by applicable tax, commercial, and financial accounting laws.
Non-Personal Scope: Retained transaction records contain no personal identifiers, names, or contact information once your account is deleted.

Processing Timeline & SLA

Upon receiving your deletion request, our team will verify your account ownership and process the deletion across all databases and authentication servers within 30 calendar days. Once the deletion process is complete, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
